Each individual is only One You may only hold one account. Opening multiple accounts using the same mobile number, device, or IP address is strictly prohibited. Any violation will result in all associated accounts being closed.
Betjelly may request KYC (Know Your Customer) verification at any time. This may require submitting a copy of your national ID or passport. Withdrawals may be put on hold until verification is complete.

New members can receive up to a 100% bonus on their first deposit. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 10x the total bonus amount — so a ৳1,000 bonus requires ৳10,000 in wagers.
The following rules must be followed when placing bets on betjelly.
If a match or event is cancelled, the full stake for that bet will be refunded. If a match is suspended before 90 minutes, the outcome will be determined based on the portion of play already completed.
The maximum win from a single bet is ৳50,00,000. Combined winnings from multiple bets are capped at ৳1,00,00,000 per day.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on betjelly. Violations may result in account closure and potential legal action.
In cases of rule violations, fraud, or suspicious activity, betjelly may close an account without prior notice. Any bonus balance will be forfeited, though legitimate deposits will be refunded.
You may close your account at any time by emailing support@betjelly.click. Please withdraw any remaining balance before requesting account closure.
As part of responsible gaming, you can self-exclude for a set period (6 months or more). During this time, access to your account will not be possible.
